Refund and Cancelation Policy

· If a course is canceled more than 30 days prior to a course date, a full refund (minus original credit card processing fees) will be issued via check (not credit card). If a course is canceled less than 15 days prior to a course date, all registration fees and/or deposits are not refundable but will be applied in full to a future course.

· In the case of a no-show (you fail to attend the course) without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

· In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, or unforeseen events, we may consider a refund or rescheduling the course on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

· Blevins Firearm and Tactics Training LLC reserves the right to remove a student where safety concerns or compliance issues arise, without a refund. 

· Blevins Firearm and Tactics Training LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen or severe weather conditions. Courses will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student.
